Shahar Tarot is a digital service with instant access upon purchase. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations.

Important

  • Digital product with instant activation
  • Once activated and used, refunds are not available
  • Your subscription remains active for the full paid period

1. No Refund After Use

  • Premium features activate immediately upon purchase
  • Once you access any premium feature, refunds are not available
  • This is standard for instantly delivered digital products

You keep full access for your entire subscription period, even if you cancel.

2. Product Types

Shahar Plus (Monthly / Yearly)

  • Instant activation via Google Play
  • Refunds handled by Google Play
  • Cancel anytime: Google Play Store > Subscriptions
  • Full access until end of billing period

TOK Token Packs (One-time)

  • Instant activation via Google Play
  • Refunds handled by Google Play
  • Tokens consumed when used for features
  • Purchased tokens do not expire

3. Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

Refunds are only available for:

  • Payment charged but access not activated (technical error)
  • Service unavailable for more than 48 hours
  • Duplicate charge or billing error
  • Unauthorized transaction (proof required)

Not eligible:

  • Changed your mind after using the service
  • Dissatisfied with reading results
  • Forgot to cancel before renewal
  • Did not use the service during subscription period

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime:

  1. Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Shahar Tarot > Cancel
  2. Or email support@shahar-tarot.com

After cancellation, premium access continues until the end of your billing period. You will not be charged again.

5. Payment Disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Technical Support

If you experience issues accessing premium features, contact us with:

  • Transaction ID
  • Description of the problem
  • Screenshots if applicable

We investigate within 24-48 hours. If unresolved within 48 hours, we offer a service extension or full refund.

7. Refund Processing

  • Review: 24-48 hours
  • Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank posting: additional 2-5 business days
  • Refunded to original payment method

8. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
